Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

For ready to ship items, our processing time is usually 1-2 business days (3 business days at the most.). Most IRL orders are sent via An Post - Standard Mail. Your items will typically arrive in 1-3 days once shipped. If you opted for free shipping for orders over €50, using the code FREESHIP at the checkout, orders will typically arrive in 1-3 days once shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We sure do! To find out the shipping costs for your locality, add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout to view your shipping costs. If shipping your package ends up costing less than what you were charged, any shipping overages will be returned to you upon completing your order for shipping.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns on any unused items sent in their original condition within 28 days of purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning their items. The original shipping costs for any orders placed are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) For your own protection, we encourage you to obtain tracking number and/or shipping insurance for your return package; as we are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. Refunds will be submitted upon successful delivery and confirmation of contents of the return package.
